.:・° TURN AROUND TIME -
✦After start of commission, the turn around time can last from a couple of weeks, up to two months. Please keep in mind that I work a heavy labor job with long shifts along with helping my family. Hence the longer time for art completion. If two weeks or more has passed without me sending a W.I.P., you can always ask for information about it. The TAT (turn around time) can be different depending on the type of art!.:・° REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY -
✦Refunds and cancellation of the commission are possible up until the lineart stage. After that time they will be unavailable. (You will receive 100% of funds until then if wished. After linear stage you cannot receive a refund.)
✦I reserve the right to refuse or stop any commission no matter the reason. As long as art is not past the lineart phase I will refund you the full price. Otherwise I will sent you what I have completed..:・° COMMERCIAL USE POLICY -
✦My art can't be used in any commercial way unless we discuss proper reimbursement for that use first. I will not allow you to make a profit off my art without my consent and reimbursement for that use. Please message me at time of commission if you would like to discuss commercial use..:・° OTHER ART POLICIES -
✦Complete/100% payment must be sent before I start the art. I have been burned by too many clients who change their mind or can’t pay after I send lineart..You will have 48 hrs to do so after I accept your commission. If you want a hold and need more time, please tell me upfront.
✦You can make as many changes as you would like before I reach the lineart stage. Once I am at the lineart stage you will be limited to 3 changes. After lineart posing and other details are hard to edit because of the way I do my art. You may make up to 3 changes color wise during the flat color stage. After that point I will not make any color or other changes to the piece. So speak up about any edits when I ask and while you are able.
✦If you upload my art to any websites or other social media you must provide credit to any of my accounts. They are linked on my carrd.
✦The finished art will be delivered via email or discord as soon as I have completed it. If you have somewhere else you would like me to send the art (I.e. Toyhou.se) I will do so.
